Yoga Offerings
I began teaching vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga in 2017. My teachings have since evolved to include prenatal, postnatal and partner supported yoga. All of my teachings are centered around mindful movement with a deep emphasis on breath, meditation, and foundational poses. I recognize that every body is different and I work with you as a 1-1 client to establish a practice that is sustainable for you. In my group classes, I prioritize inclusivity with mindful language and thoughtful sequences.
Before booking a virtual or in-person private class with me, I ask that you take the time to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so that we can asses where you are and tailor your classes to meet your needs. For corporate yoga or group classes, you can email me directly at hello@birthyogadoula.com.
